Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Devware handles personal information from simple website enquiries, aggregate analytics and the basic technical records needed to run this site.

Last updated: 29 May 2026

How information is used

The site is intentionally minimal. Devware only expects to handle the information needed to answer enquiries and keep the website available, useful and reliable.

Information you send to Devware

If you email Devware or submit an enquiry through this website, Devware receives the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message.

Website enquiries are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to Devware through Brevo. Those services process the details needed to verify and deliver the enquiry.

That information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and keep a record of the conversation where it is useful for follow-up or business administration.

Hosting logs

Like most websites, the hosting service may keep basic technical logs such as request time, IP address, browser details and the page requested.

These logs are used for site security, reliability and troubleshooting. They are not used to profile individual visitors.

Analytics and performance measurement

Devware uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information.

Devware also uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure Core Web Vitals and similar performance signals so the site can be kept fast and reliable.

These analytics are not used for advertising. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookieless and anonymized, and Devware does not send enquiry details, email addresses or message content as custom analytics events.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they are useful for responding to you, managing work, meeting legal or accounting duties, or maintaining business records.

Technical logs are normally retained for a limited period by the hosting provider, unless they are needed to investigate a security or reliability issue.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Devware holds about you, request corrections, or ask for information to be deleted where there is no need to keep it.
